I joined a passionate volunteer team in 2018 to pursue creating a collegiate esports league that would rival professional sports in quality of competition and content. CCL continues to operate to this day as a staple collegiate program, with the best broadcast in the business.
Every new season saw experiments and upgrades to our style and content production. I worked alongside other eager entrepreneurs to design and develop a career pipeline and talent network that led many working on our broadcasts to become home names in the professional esports space. From high quality broadcasts that saw software engineers develop tools to make our broadcast easy to learn, modify, and distribute to a remote volunteer force- to a talent network building freelance operators used by every professional esports competition to this day.
